Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa - Lote 4.11.1.B

Although not located on a beach, the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. The spa is fantastic and the pet friendly policy was a deal breaker. I will not travel without my dog. Although I did not play a round of golf, the course looks excellent as well.

Would not recommend. My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and were extremely disappointed. The hotel is at best a 3 star, and no where close in quality to any other Hilton we have stayed at (not even a Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn). CHECK IN: - Our check in experience was pleasant and fast. They did not honor their Hilton Honors line and made everyone wait equally so I’m not sure why they even had that line. SPA: - For being diamond we did have access to the spa which was quite nice - although the sanitation was questionable between guests. FOOD: - The breakfast each day was pretty standard for hotels here. Lots of people to feed and generally well staffed. - The restaurants on the other hand were disappointing. We had tried all the restaurants and I wasn’t able to finish one meal. Service was generally slow (even when empty). I ordered a Caesar salad from the poolside restaurant and it tasted like lettuce mixed with mayonnaise and some overcooked chicken on top. I didn’t have high expectations, but for a 16 Euro salad I was hoping to be at least able to eat it. ROOMS: - The rooms were rundown (showers had mold, walls needed repainting, balcony too covered in dust to enjoy). POOLS: - The pools were definitely catered to families. Lots of different options. We spent a lot of time at the adult pool but questioned how clean it was. The stairs were filthy and pool was overall rundown. -Loungers were plenty although they did not re-enforce the “no saving loungers” rule at any point. Most had towels to claim them for the day but were left unattended and empty. Loungers were also soiled and dirty. Wouldn’t sit on one without a towel. Overall disappointed we had stayed here and wouldn’t recommend even if utilizing Hilton points for the occasion. We

What can I say? First, big Thank you to Dina to making our stay remarkable and unforgettable. Life will be much better sorounded by people like you. Second, the rest, the rooms are awesome, plenty of amenities, the indoor swimming pool, the bar, the breakfast, the views from our room all was very good. 100% Recommend

We had booked through a company another hotel next door. We had to change our dates by 2 weeks for personal reasons and our dates weren't available, we had been upgraded therefore to the Hilton just next door. What an incredible hotel! Staff were all so friendly and attentive. Check in was a breeze and our room was a kind deluxe room but it was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. A wc and full 5 piece bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with dining table and living space as well as dual patio doors to your own private terrace. The sofa was also a sofa bed as well which was encouraging. We had housekeeping in everyday to refresh the towels and tidy up the kitchen even though we hadn't booked them. The housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The resort itself was beautiful, the pool areas and patios were all very well kept. We had free breakfasts every morning, all you could ever want for breakfast, tasty, cooked, pastries or yoghurts and fruit's and trays of pastel de Natas! We stayed for 4 nights and it was a shame to leave and we will certainly come back. Very happy with our stay, nothing to complain about at all!! Thank you so very much.

The Hilton Vilamoura is in a fabulous location opposite what looks like an amazing spa. Although corporate inside the outside and the facilities are superb. We didn't have time to experience all that it had to offer but apart from being placed on a busy road we would not hesitate to visit again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, delicious breakfast and amazing pool. Room service and the room were big disappointments. There were quite a few issues overall but Dina did try her best to make up for them which we appreciated. I can't say this is a 5 star hotel but we did enjoy the getaway and Algarve is gorgeous!

We had an excellent time here last month. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an outstanding breakfast each day that we were there, along with one of the best steak dinners I’ve had in a while at the restaurant on site. There are multiple outdoor pools, as well as an indoor heated pool. There is also a hotel shuttle to take you to the nearby area. The only issue we had, was difficulty using the dryer after we had washed our clothes with the machine in the room, but the staff dried our clothes for us, to the best of their ability. I’d highly recommend and would definitely come back

4th visit to this lovely hotel. We were a family group of 7 adults in 4 rooms. As a diamond member I was offered a great room upgrade. Our group did have a couple of small problems which we reported. in both cases the issues were resolved within an hour. That's the type of consistently good service we experienced on previous visits. The staff are well trained, super friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is top notch. The thermal spa is nice to visit on a rainy day, of which we had a few. The shuttle service is invaluable for getting to the marina. We have no hesitation in recommending and are looking forward to our next visit.
