★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postura pouco profissional. Informaram a receita errada, constataram o erro, pois há evidência, mas os custos gerados pelo erro do Dr. não assumem. Cabe ao cliente pagar.
Detalhes:
Fiz a consulta na Hit OTiCA e informaram que não cobravam a consulta se fizesse o óculos com eles. Foi o que fiz e gastei aprox 400euros. Depois solicitei a receita por e-mail ao Dr. Hernani e aproveitei para encomendar óculos de sol em outro lugar. A receita estava incompleta, os óculos que comprei não servem e ao procurar pessoalmente o Dr. Hernani, este negou qualquer responsabilidade, mesmo tempo comprovado que enviou a receita errada (incompleta). Infelizmente contatei uma postura muito pouco profissional.
Pelo motivo acima e somado ao valor pouco competitivo, não recomendo a Hit OTiCA a ninguém.

I did the consultation at Hit OTiCA and they informed that they would not charge the consultation if I made the glasses with them. That's what I did and spent about 400euros. Then I ordered the recipe by email to Dr. Hernani and took the opportunity to order sunglasses elsewhere. The prescription was incomplete, the glasses I bought are useless and when looking for Dr. Hernani personally, he denied any responsibility, even though it was proven that he sent the wrong (incomplete) prescription. Unfortunately, I contacted a very unprofessional posture.
For the above reason and added to the uncompetitive value, I do not recommend Hit OTiCA to anyone.
