Se isto é ser bom profissional imagino o que será ser mau!
I personally went to the garage to find out when I could put my car on the power bank. The day and time was scheduled at reception. I did 50kms on purpose to put my car in that workshop on the scheduled date but the only answer I got was: "today is not possible!".
If this is being a good professional, I can imagine what it would be like to be bad!
