Very small and cold rooms (air conditioning is too far away and cannot heat up), cold water and bathroom without hairdryer.

Pouco adequado para descansar. Good bed, and clean rooms. Bad service! Very noisy, no sound insulation between rooms / corridor and church bells very noisy since 7am. Unsuitable for rest.

Nos quedamos encantados con el personal y con el lugar. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. La persona encargada del chek-in fue muy agradable, nos recomendó muchos lugares cercanos para visitar y disfrutar e incluso nos recomendó ir a Águeda por que justo esa semana estaba en fiestas. La verdad disfrutamos mucho la estancia. La habitación acogedora y limpia. A pesar de que dijimos que no queríamos la bebida de bienvenida nos la pusieron para que nos la llevásemos. El desayuno no se hace en el hotel, se hace en una pastelería que hay al lado y que tiene un montón de opciones súper ricas y unos dulces típicos que están muy ricos. La verdad un hotel al que volveremos sin dudar. Muy agradecidos por todo lo recibido. We went to spend a VIP Chest that we had left. We had included two nights with breakfast and welcome drink. We were delighted with the staff and the place. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The person in charge of the check-in was very nice, he recommended many nearby places to visit and enjoy and even recommended that we go to Águeda because he was at parties that week. We really enjoyed the stay. The room is cozy and clean. Even though we said we didn't want the welcome drink they gave it to us to take with us. Breakfast is not made in the hotel, it is made in a bakery next door that has a lot of super delicious options and typical sweets that are very tasty. The truth is a hotel to which we will return without hesitation. Very grateful for everything received.
