s	stefan cozma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À espera de uma entrega que devia ser 10-15 min mais de 2 horas Dizem que estão na zona mas nunca aparecem Falta de respeito, honestidade e muito importante, acho que era melhor avisar o cliente que a peça para entrega pode demorar 2-3 horas Acima já sabia do início que esperar Obrigado Dia 13-05-2019 as 09:10 estive na oficina lisauto que está situado em Cacém perto de continente Era para trocar 2 discos , 2 pastilhas e sensor para um bmw As 09:40 apareceu o sr que estava na vossa loja e troce o material , falando que falta só o sensor que até o montagem das peças vai estar lá , o rapaz que montou e desmontou as peças acabou o serviço em máximo 1 hora .... só recebemos o sensor as 12-15 ficando à espera 2 horas , o sr que encomendou a peça ligou 3-4 vezes para vossa loja e que foi sempre dito e que o motorista estava a chegar e que já estava na zona ..... agora so faltava o sensor se sabia que ia demorar tanto eu não ia ficar lá voltava mais tarde para por o sensor , eu acho que é melhor avisarem antes os pessoas que vai demorar mais Obrigado pelo tempo dedicado a responder Waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be 10-15 min over 2 hours They say they are in the zone but never appear Lack of respect, honesty and very important, I think it was better to notify the customer that the part for delivery can take 2-3 hours Above I already knew the beginning to wait Thanks On 05-13-2019 at 09:10 I was in the lisauto workshop that is located in Cacém near mainland It was to exchange 2 disks, 2 pads and sensor for a bmw At 09:40 the mr appeared that was in your shop and chop the material, speaking that only the sensor is missing until the assembly of the pieces will be there, the boy who mounted and dismantled the pieces finished the service in 1 hour maximum .. .. we only received the sensor the 12-15 waiting 2 hours, the one who ordered the piece called 3-4 times for your shop and that was always said and that the driver was arriving and that was already in the zone .. ... now I only needed the sensor if I knew it would take so long I would not stay there I would come back later to get the sensor, I think it's best to warn people beforehand that it's going to take longer Thank you for your time to respond.
