G	Gabor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was just fine in this hotel, really. The building is great as new, the room is nice, the bed and linen is comfortable, noise isolation is great, the personnel is friendly, helpful and professional. Whatever you can expect from a Holiday Inn Express, you'll get here without any negative experience. The location is great too, it's just a few minutes walking from Metro which takes you to/from Airport for 2€, and you can visit everything in Porto center by walking.
D	Don D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid choice for a chain hotel. Overall, quiet and decent service. Breakfast is simple but adequate. We were woken up by the housekeeping staff one day but it was resolved. Small rooms but good location.
S	Samuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to get in at night as the doors are locked and it took almost 5 minutes of talking to the front desk person on the intercom to confirm my name, room number and had to show him my room key. There was no safe in room and also no fridge in room. Front desk offered to leave stuff in their main safe and to leave stuff in the main fridge bough it was quite complicated to leave stuff in fridge at front desk because there’s a limit of space and staff seemed annoyed to always have to go to / from the fridge. Unable to leave air conditioning or ventilation on when gone because staff cleaners remove card from place to leave it activated and do not leave the card in the room so I always need to ask the front desk for a 2nd card. Complicated to use the ventilation system so tends to be hotter then usual in the room. Wifi doesn’t connect automatically. Breakfest is not sustaincial, eggs offered with pastries, fruit and bread and cereal. No body cream offered at this hotel as like with other hotels even when I asked the front desk. No microwave to warm stuff up at this hotel. Baggage scale system available, at a charge. Overall I was very disappointed with this stay and would not stay here again nor recommend it. Raphael was amazing with his help and recommendations for places to visit and where to eat he was definitely the highlight of this hotel experience for me.

Room was very clean. What I only missed is the salad from breakfast. Good quality on mid price. I recommend it

Comfortable rooms, particularly if you get to stay on the sixth floor with their wonderful balconies and views over the city Good self service breakfast with a good deli of hot and cold items. At the right price (beware not surge pricing) it is a great place to stay.

In America the holiday inns are not good, this holiday inn gave us a completely different experience. It was fantastic. And the food selection for breakfast was very good for a hotel!
A	Adrián Cambón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel located 15 min away by walk from the Luiz I famous bridge. Rooms are spacious however the carpet have visible stains. Overall cleanliness is ok. Staff is nice and they provide complimentary breakfast which is always a good point. Easily reachable from the airport via tram.
S	Slow Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good quality and good value hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet street where it starts to be a walking street without running cars. It is a nice 15-minute walk to the old town. The staff are friendly and their services are very good. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a variety of selections including hot scrambled eggs. The check-in was fast and easy. The staff greeted me and recognized my elite status. The staff also accommodated my request for a room far from the elevator. The welcome amenity was not offered at check-in but was added later upon my request. The only inconvenience was that the hot water temperature somehow fluctuated regularly during shower. Not a huge deal but did cause some inconvenience.
