There was no interest in answering about lease. They ask to leave a mobile number and never get in touch.

I was looking for a house and, of course, I had a maximum ceiling that I did not want to exceed, which was immediately communicated. Then they spent their lives sending me emails with ads of MUCH higher values than I intended. Total loss of time.

I am so grateful for the time and assistance you have devoted to us here, and I cannot say enough how Homelusa Imobilaria has helped me and my family secure our future.
As Americans with very little experience in Portugal, Jorge helped us find and view the home we now own and negotiate with the wonderful family who lived there. Jorge was exceptional in facilitating communications and answering all of our questions. He was available all the time on text and phone whenever I had any doubts. Jorge even helped us get acquainted with the local area including mechanics, the library and anything else we need.
Ana and the home office team were outstanding too. Ana checked in with us the entire way, ensuring we were thoroughly prepared for the process which was at first a complete mystery to us. She patiently explained each step, answered every question I had and was always available via phone and email any time. Ana was there with us and helped translate at the signing for the house, helped us pay the taxes and made us feel right at home with the process of buying a home in Portugal. By the end, I felt I was an expert. Ana and her colleague helped us set up all the utilities and ensure we have the means to find important documents that we need after we closed on the house. I really appreciate all Ana's help.
I would highly recommend Homelusa and Ana, Jorge and everyone there to anyone. I am sure we will continue to look to this wonderful team for our next purchase as well! -Scott
