★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing like the beautiful pictures shown on their website and advertised as non-smoking, the flat was filled with terrible cigarette smell and molds. We found cigarette butts laying on the property, mold on the ceilings, in living room, bathroom, refrigerator and dishwasher!!! We travelled extensively to many countries, this is the dirtiest apartment we have encountered! Yet they dare to rent it for 90+ dollars a day.
In response to our complaint, the management sent a woman who did not speak a word of English but showed me an areasol spay. According to Homing, the lady was there to get rid of tobacco smell. I had to educate the management using what I learned from simple websearch that second and third hand smoking is just as bad to human. No matter what you spray, it only masks the smell. It would not remove the carcinogens.
What disgust me most is that the management lied to Airbnb saying they found no cigarette smell. I then sent a dozen pictures showing cigarette butts, molds and soiled sofa to Airbnb.
These people don't care about you. All they care about is your money! They have no shame!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a flat for my visiting family in a specific neighborhood. When my brother did the check in - no warning has been shared about our booking. We then realized that the address of the apartment was different from what we had on our booking confirmation, on the other side of the city. We discovered that their had been an issue with our flat. Homing had tried to call me without success and didn’t try any other communication channel (although they sent me the check in form via Airbnb platform). They decided to modify our reservation without having our approval and didn’t thought useful warning us about the situation when the check in was done ! I totally understand that some issues can occur with the flat, but I would have appreciate having more sensibility in verifying that the info had reached us. They almost blamed us for not double checking the address when we did the check in !

We arrived in Lisbon on a Friday night 23.30 and went straight to the apartment that we booked with Homing. When we arrived at the flat, there was no heating whatsoever (It was November and it was really cold). There was also a leak on the bathroom floor and the flat wasn't cleaned from the previous people who were staying there - the shower's floor was disgusting.
We told the person who handed us the keys that we wouldn't stay there, so she called her boss to explain the situation and find us an alternative. They didn't have any other flats available for the day and they asked us to stay there and they would move us to a different apartment the day after. Obviously we couldn't spend the night in a flat that had no heating so we agreed that WE will find a hotel for the night (they would pay us back eventually) and they would move us to a different apartment the day after. (The director of the company promised that)
The next day no one was picking up the phone. After 2hours of trying to reach them, when they did pick up, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, the line dropped at some point and we couldn't reach him again. We ended up booking another hotel and requesting a full refund from them.
We stayed in Lisbon for 2 days and we ended up spending hours trying to sort out our accommodation and dealing with Homing. The flat looked really nice in the photos, but in reality, the walls and ceilings were destroyed by humidity, there were leaks on the floor and the aircon was not working. What a freud! Terrible experience, terrible service - never book with them.
Ps. Took some quick snaps from the bathroom before we left the flat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The checkin is not very efficient. You have to go get your keys on one side of the city. Also, they didn't answer to my messages on booking.com, which led me to arrive too early. so I went there to be told I m too early and to come back at 3pm. Which I did. Then queueing for more than 45 minutes.
Worst check-in experience ever unfortunately.
However the girl who makes the check-in does her best though, she is kind and polite.
Ultimately the flat is quite nice and they are responsive to my inquiries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented out a place for a 3 month stay but unfortunately the apartment was not well clean nor kept in a good condition. After 3 days, the company did absolutely zero to find us an alternative nor to fix the issues in the apartment so we agreed to proceed with a cancelation.
They committed with a next day refund but a week later, still no refund. Just excuses and slow answers.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame that I don't have the option to put 0 stars. Even 1 star is too much for their non existing service. We have booked a house in Lisbon for 5 days and when we arrived during midnight we found out that the house had no heating ( even the air-condition wasn't working), was not properly cleaned and was nothing like the pictures. When whe refused to stay in a house without heating (mid November) they didn't have any solution for us so we just had to find a hotel at 1 a.m. by ourselves. The next day they said they would move us to a different apartment but of course we couldn't reach them in the phone. After 2 hours we just gaveup and asked for a refund from bookin. They are fraud. Don't even bother to book a house with homing. By far the worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Not even cleaned properly and non existent customer support if anything goes wrong. Never had a reply from them. Here are just a few issues with out place in Lisbon:
- No soap at all in the apartment. Especially during in COVID times this has to be considered unacceptable
- No soap or dish brush for dishwashing
- No electricity for dishwasher
- Big lumps of dirt in the kitchen area
- The bedside table and a few other spots were very dusty hand have not been cleaned for a long time
- The bedside lamp is weirdly impossible to plug in without putting it on the floor or completely rearranging the flat
- Bread toaster needed to be held down manually to toast a bread
- No plastic bags for garbage
... I could go on. Anyway, avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm lost for words!! Stay away from this company!!! We are still staying in one of their flats in Lisbon! The flat was flooded on the day we moved and we trusted homing to fix it ! 26 days later and we still have flooding problem in the bathroom ! They didn't offer any alternatives . Stay away at all cost
