★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not speak Portuguese very well but I do try. The lady that appeared to be in charge obviously has no time for foreigners. The owners of this pasteleria would do well to hire staff who are more service oriented. Good customer service equals more sales, it is not rocket science. This is led from the top down. I had ignored previous reviews regarding poor service here, as everyone can have a bad day. Having experienced the same thing two days running it appears to be the normal thing here unfortunately. There are plenty of other places where people are welcoming. We will spend our Euro there instead. The food and drinks we had were OK. Our worst experience in Portugal without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best in town!! They have sweet pastries, as well as bread with chorizo, good papo seco, fresh fruit juice and many more! It's cheap, the staff is super nice and can communicate in different languages, and they have free wifi. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered shrimp omelette but got a mushroom omelette! No explanations!The elderly lady there has a school mistress attitude, she could try and be pleasant will make the food more palatable. The fries were cold. No a/c inside on a hot day. Sat outside to catch the breeze but the traffic noise is too loud. After todays experience not going back I'm afraid.
