â â â â â O mĂnimo que se exige numa empresa "com nĂvel" Ă© ter um serviço Ă altura de uma boa relação com os seus clientes.
Deparei-me com uma avaria na central de incendios, como quem tratou da compra da central foi a anterior gerĂȘncia, liguei para o numero da empresa informando da situação, ao qual me deram como resposta que eu teria que ligar para alguĂ©m responsĂĄvel pela situação.
Ora, como talvez nĂŁo saibam, eu explico para que tomem nota, NĂO SE PROCEDE ASSIM COM UM CLIENTE!!!!!!!!!!!!, toma-se nota do contacto do mesmo e internamente avisa-se o dito responsĂĄvel para contactar o cliente.
Para ajudar, quando referi que nĂŁo era eu que tinha que ligar mas sim eles e que deste modo perdiam os clientes, a resposta foi "estĂĄ bem!".
Isto nĂŁo Ă© um serviço com nĂvel!
Eu como cliente acabou para a vossa empresa, mas pelos vistos isso nĂŁo vos interessa, devem ter muitos e bons, mas talvez a minha opiniĂŁo conte, nunca se sabe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 The minimum required in a "level" company is to have a service equal to a good relationship with its customers.
I came across a malfunction in the fire station, as the person who handled the plant was the previous management, I called the company number informing the situation, to which they gave me an answer that I would have to call someone responsible for the situation.
Now, as you may not know, I explain to you to take note, THAT IS NOT A PROCEDURE WITH A CLIENT !!!!!!!!!!!!, it takes note of the contact of the same and internally the said responsible to contact the customer.
To help, when I mentioned that it was not me who had to call, but them and that in this way they lost customers, the answer was "ok!".
This is not a level service!
As a customer I ended up for your company, but apparently it doesn't interest you, there must be many good ones, but maybe my opinion counts, you never know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
