★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience when going there for an emergency, more than 2 hours waiting without any update, just " the doctor will receive you when ready" . Not to mention how expensive it is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that this hospital is a bit more organized comparing to the hospital in Lisbon. They have someone at the reception desk to guide you where exactly you need to be for your exams. I did find the waiting time (27 minutes to be exact) for a check in a bit long but staff seem to have been friendly and helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best private clinics in Lisbon. It is calm, clean, contemporary and not crowded, the staff is very polite, they speak english and they are willing to assist you. The doctors are on a great level, very professionals and pleasant. Totally recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor late almost 2 hours, some rude employees. Hospitals aren't nice places, but some are worse than others. 2 stars for the clean and organized place. The important thing missing is to treat well the patients.
