Vetgonhoso mesmo. Em poucos minutos resolveu o problema de falta de comunicação com a minha mãe, que desde ontem estava com o telemóvel desligado. No serviço de urgência onde esteve até esta manhã não conseguimos contactá-la e quando foi internada ao fim de minutos a Sra administrativa resolveu a situação. Para todos os técnicos ,ao serviço,deixo o meu bom Haja. na área de tratamentos de Radioterapia, encontrei pessoas maravilhosas,as quais classifiquei de autênticos anjos na terra parabéns minhas queridas. Que Deus abençoe todos os profissionais que ali se encontram. Parabéns a todo o executivo de está unidade a quem desejo muita saúde para continuarem com o ótimo trabalho exercido. Mas não posso Deixar de salientar ,que não é fácil conseguir uma consulta ,se for necessário ,no espaço entre as consultas marcadas,pelo médico. Compreendo que os doentes são muitos e os profissionais são poucos. Mas quem sabe um médico em serviço de urgência na unidade,para estes casos resolveria esta situação. Assim termino reforçando o meu desejo de muita saúde e continuação do bom trabalho desenvolvido nesta unidade. Desde a porta com as Sras Administrativas, pelas Sras Enfermeiras, pelas auxiliares e obviamente pela equipa médica, não há palavras para descrever a ajuda, o humanismo, o profissionalismo e tudo o resto. Bem hajam!!!! Nothing like needing and going through them!!! I can only say good things about the oncology service! From the door with the Administrative Mrs, the Nurses, the assistants and obviously the medical team, there are no words to describe help, humanism, professionalism and everything else. Well thank you!!!!
V	Vinícius Alves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo, estou aqui a 11 horas e não fui atendido ainda, fui encaminhado pelo SNS para a urgência, que meu caso é simples, 5 minutos com o médico e ja saio com a prescrição dos remédios que preciso, mas para o hospital não tem problema pessoas com problemas relativamente parecidos com o meu serem atendidas horas antes. Péssimo atendimento, parece que ninguém quer trabalhar ou que se importa. Senhoras na maca a 8 horas esperando e chorando de dor e ninguém podia nem ver com a senhora como ela estava, uma senhora pedindo para a filha deixar ela morrer e a filha chorando de angústia e ninguem, nenhum enfermeiro ajudou, falou para esperar por que ninguem podia fazer nada, tudo de ruim no sistema público resumido em um hospital. very bad, I've been here for 11 hours and I haven't been seen yet, I was referred by the SNS to the emergency room, my case is simple, 5 minutes with the doctor and I leave with the prescription of the medicines I need, but there's no problem for the hospital people with problems relatively similar to mine to be seen hours earlier. So apparently there is a strike going on, and they decided not to call the patients to cancel their appointment but rather to let them come to « let them know in person ». We were welcomed by a very hostile lady, that had the nerves to tell us to watch TV if we want information. We were told to come back two days after. The hospital is 1.5 h away from my grandpa’s house... I came from France to help him as he is 83 and was supposed to undergo knee surgery. Unacceptable! Portuguese public health is a SCAM.

She is never able to rest due to the constant construction that is happening on the roof of the building. Who let's you jackhammer at 8am in the morning on a Sunday?!?! She asks for help to watch the baby so she can rest but none of the nurses help and I am not allowed to be there because of covid. Such incompetence at this hospital. Now they are not letting her leave because they say she needs to rest??? Are you joking??? How can she rest with the constant noise from construction right above her head???

There are multiple better doctors... my biggest regret I didn't ask to change my doctor if a doctor feels the need to say to his nurses to not talk in English as I do understand portuguese in a very rude way while they are trying their best and then he is the head of department. I can give you 10001 reasons why not to have him being your doctor during your birth process because he will make you feel bad and give unnecessary stress... My biggest advice to future moms dont let him ruin your pregnancy because he will push you till a depression if he wants...
