Um exame marcado e confirmado para as 9 e 40 por telefone. Chegamos as 9 e 20 minutos. E so as 10 e que nos despachamos para a sala de espera da eco.
The length of time it takes to attend medical check-ins is absurd.
A scheduled and confirmed exam for 9 and 40 over the phone. We arrived at 9 and 20 minutes. And it is 10 o'clock and we rush to the echo waiting room.

Após marcação de consulta em regime privado a pagar 60 euros no dia 24 junho as 9:30, e esperar toda a manhã o sr dr oftalmologista não compareceu. Voltei as 14 h como me mandaram , o sr dr apareceu as 15:30. A empregada foi falar com ele e o sr dr mandou dizer que já tinha muitos doentes e não me atendia. Estive na sala de espera da rua desde as 9h até as 16h da consulta de oftalmologia que tanto necessitava , pois tenho rutura completa do humor vítreo. Perdi um dia de trabalho para ser atendida daquele modo. Tive de ir ao serviço médico de outro hospital , pois além das dores não conseguia ver bem. Senti- me maltratada e excluída daquilo a que tinha direito. O sr dr no alto do seu Dr pode pensar um bocadinho como nos doentes .
Lousy service. Lack of respect for those who are sick. After making an appointment in a private regime to pay 60 euros on June 24 at 9:30 am, and to wait all morning, Mr. Dr Ophthalmologist did not show up. I came back at 2 pm as ordered, Mr Dr showed up at 3:30 pm. The maid went to speak to him and Mr Dr sent word that he already had many patients and did not attend me. I was in the waiting room on the street from 9 am to 4 pm for the ophthalmology consultation that I needed so badly, because I have a complete rupture of the vitreous mood. I lost a day's work to be attended to that way. I had to go to the medical service of another hospital, because besides the pains I couldn't see well. I felt mistreated and excluded from what I was entitled to. The dr on top of your Dr can think a little bit like the sick.
