★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel honte les hôpitaux publics au Portugal !!!! mon père hospitalisé d'urgence pour une fracture à la hanche et le bras, resté plusieurs semaines sans être opéré !!! Impossible d'avoir des informations médicales concernant son état de santé !!! Le personnel ne peut pas tel à l'étranger et quand nous appelons, Impossible de parler à un médecin !!! Aujourd'hui il a été transféré dans une maison de retraite où nous avons pu le voir via WhatsApp, mon père est aujourd'hui alité dans l'impossibilité de bouger, amaigri, ne parle plus, tout simplement dans un état cadavérique !!! !!! Et vu l'état de sa hanche l'opération n'a pas dû se passé comme prévu !!! C'est une honte !!! Un pays faisant parti de communauté européenne et avoir un service public tellement horrible... irrespectueux vis à vis des patients, de la famille... Dès mon arrivée au Portugal je vais me faire un plaisir de leur rendre visite et parler au médecin si on peut appeler ça un "médecin " !!! Quelle tristesse de voir mon aussi beau petit pays avoir une aussi mauvaise réputation concernant son système de santé public !!!
 What a shame public hospitals in Portugal!!!! my father hospitalized urgently for a broken hip and arm, remained several weeks without being operated!!! Impossible to have medical information concerning his state of health!!! Staff can't tel overseas and when we call, Can't speak to a doctor!!! Today he was transferred to a retirement home where we were able to see him via WhatsApp, my father is now bedridden unable to move, emaciated, no longer speaks, quite simply in a cadaverous state!!! !!! And given the state of his hip, the operation must not have gone as planned!!! It's a shame !!! A country that is part of the European community and has such a horrible public service... disrespectful towards the patients, the family... As soon as I arrive in Portugal, I will be happy to visit them and talk to the doctor if you can call it a "doctor"!!! How sad to see my beautiful little country have such a bad reputation regarding its public health system!!!

A falta de médicos é uma rotina, se for "brindado" com uma pulseira verde, esqueça de tudo, pois, vai padecer por horas a aguardar o atendimento. Além de
compartilhar uma única casa de banho entre Homens e Mulheres.
Tem mais... Se estiver com fome ou sede controle-se, não
há água potável ou bebedouros neste ambiente.
Médicos, enfermeiros, e até a manutenção, ignoram a todos sem um mínimo de empatia com os doentes.
Não dão nenhuma posição de quando o atendimento vai ser realizado.
E não adianta questiona-los, pois no alto de sua ALTIVEZ olham de soslaio para os infelizes ali sentados e resignados.
Então fica aqui o recado: Se vai para Emergência deste "bendito" Hospital em Viseu, prepare-se, pois o sofrimento é garantido.
Os utentes do conselho merecem algo melhor.

share a single bathroom between Men and Women.
There's more... If you're hungry or thirsty, control yourself, don't
there is potable water or drinking fountains in this environment.
Doctors, nurses, and even maintenance, ignore everyone without a modicum of empathy for the sick.
They do not give any position on when the service will be performed.
And it's no use questioning them, because at the top of their ALTIVEZ they look sideways at the unhappy people sitting there and resigned.
So here's the message: If you go to the Emergency of this "blessed" Hospital in Viseu, prepare yourself, because suffering is guaranteed.
Council users deserve better.

Seven hours of waiting is hopeless. They call people who don't even exist. Shame on this hospital. If you go in with pain, it comes out even worse ??

Não esquecer que também eles não são robots, são pessoas, seres humanos, com família, que maior parte da vezes deixam os seus para cuidar do próximo...... OBRIGADO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ER can be horrible, if they decide whatever you have isn't serious enough you might be waiting for hours until you see a doctor, even if it is serious you might still be there for a long time, especially if you need exams done.

I didn't can't breathe and heartbeat fast date exatly in 23/1/2019, I almost die I was need just help but nobody care of me without feelings where is the humanity please?
More than 4 hours I’m waiting only for the doctor talk to me, since 4:52 Am I’m there till 1:02 AM they do so much exmes to me and they still don’t know exactly what’s happened to me? and 6 times i have been in emergency nothing is change day by day i didn't can't eat because food blocked in my neck and i didn't sleep enough in the night i was have 74 kg in 2 months i lost 7 kg now i have 67
some doctors give me a lot of medication i used some but i still feel bad in the true i give up in this hospital in this moment i really didn't can't explain how is my feelings and my fighting with this sick , after 3 months of hell they do endoscopy finaly they tell me that i have reflux and Hiatal hernia
