J	Ju Botelho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo de urgência a casos positivos COVID. Entrei às 15:40 informando que sou caso positivo desde o dia 26 e teste feito neste mesmo hospital. Sintomas alterados tendo em conta a crise de enxaqueca com que estava, tosse e dor de garganta. Até as 19:52 ninguém se dirigiu a nós sabendo que estávamos 7 pessoas numa sala de 2 m2. Tendo em conta a na disposição física e emocional de umapessoas, esperar mais de 4h para sermos atendidos e sendo casos positivos. É inadmissível. Apenas 1 médica e 1 enfermeira para todo o serviço de testes, pneumologia e afins. Estavam a fazer os testes aos que se apresentavam com pulseira verde e nos de pulseira amarela iríamos continuar a aguardar todos juntos na mesma a divisão... Qdo o meu marido foi questionar ainda responderam que uma médica e uma enfermeira haviam dado positivo essa tarde.. .A salientar o bom profissionalismo dos seres humanos que cá andam a fazer o trabalho de 4 outros principalmente a Senhora do apoio ao cliente que tudo faz para que não se escreva no livro de reclamações.Acabei por desistir da urgência pois este não serviço iria continuar . Bad emergency service for positive COVID cases. I entered at 15:40 informing that I have been a positive case since the 26th and the test was carried out in this same hospital. Symptoms changed taking into account the migraine attack I was with, cough and sore throat. Until 19:52 no one approached us knowing that we were 7 people in a 2 m2 room. Taking into account the physical and emotional disposition of a person, wait more than 4 hours for us to be assisted and these are positive cases. It is inadmissible. Only 1 doctor and 1 nurse for the entire testing, pulmonology and related service. They were doing the tests for those who presented themselves with green bracelets and those with yellow bracelets would continue to wait all together in the same division... When my husband went to question, they still replied that a doctor and a nurse had tested positive that afternoon. ..To highlight the good professionalism of human beings who are here doing the work of 4 others, especially the lady of customer support who does everything so that it is not written in the complaints book.
