P	PabloPdp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos reservado por Booking y al llegar con el coche (según la página de booking hay aparcamiento público a 6€/día) nos encontramos con que el aparcamiento no existe, desde luego hubo uno en su día, pero a día de hoy está con vallas e inaccesible. Luego, llegamos a las 14:45 y nos obligan a esperar hasta las 15:00 para darnos la habitación. Entiendo que el check in sea a las 15:00 horas, pero no creo que sea un problema dar la habitación 15 minutos antes en lugar de ternernos sentados esperando. Nos dieron una habitación que nada o poco tenía que ver con las fotos de la web, un interior con ventanas enanas y sin toallas (sí, después de esperar 15 minutos más de la cuenta para ver si estaba lista la habitación, no había toallas y se especificaba que tenían, pero nos la dieron más tarde). Sumemos a esto que el personal no tiene ni idea de español, aunque ponga que el personal lo hable, solo hablan portugués e inglés y que la cocina compartida que se anuncia en la web, es un microondas y una nevera para todo el mundo en la 1 planta. Y para finalizar, el wifi iba muy muy mal en la habitación y el agua caliente salía templada. Lo único bueno, el trato del personal. NO RECOMIENDO. We have booked through Booking and upon arrival with the car (according to the booking page there is public parking at € 6 / day) we find that the parking does not exist, of course there was one in its day, but today it is fenced and inaccessible. Then, we arrive at 2:45 p.m. and force us to wait until 3:00 p.m. to give us the room. I understand that check-in is at 3:00 p.m., but I don't think it's a problem to give the room 15 minutes before instead of sitting down waiting. We were given a room that nothing or little had to do with the photos on the web, an interior with tiny windows and no towels (yes, after waiting 15 more minutes to see if the room was ready, there were no towels and It was specified that they had, but they gave it to us later). Let's add to this that the staff has no idea of Spanish, even if it says that the staff speaks it, they only speak Portuguese and English and that the shared kitchen that is advertised on the web, is a microwave and a fridge for everyone in the 1 floor. And finally, the wifi was very bad in the room and the hot water came out warm. The only good thing, the treatment of the staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
