My online store is in the hands of hosting. Friendly and very helpful staff. I can only praise the help and support they give. I, who am boring with details, have no reason to complain. Congratulations! It's one of those houses that I recommend to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava para escrever um comentário em Inglês, porque boas empresas portuguesas e há umas quantas, fazem trabalho e um excelente trabalho para o estrangeiro, esta não é uma delas, quanto muito faz hosting para o zé da esquina ou para a frutaria do bairro. Lamentável apoio ao cliente, não aconselho.
I was about to write a comment in English, because good Portuguese companies and a few do work and an excellent job abroad, this is not one of them, how much does hosting for the zé da corner or for the neighborhood fruit shop. Regrettable customer support, I do not advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouco profissionais. A comunicação é atroz (mensagens automatizadas) e o atendimento telefónico é pouco simpático (parece que estamos a incomodar ou a fazer perguntas parvas). Pelo mesmo preço existem no mercado outras empresas bem mais prestáveis. As renovações são enviadas em cima da hora. Se estivermos 1-2 dias sem consultar o email, não vimos a renovação e o site fica logo bloqueado. Não aconselho e aliás vou cancelar a minha subscrição.
Unprofessional. Communication is atrocious (automated messages) and telephone answering is unfriendly (we seem to be bothering or asking silly questions). There are other companies on the market that are much more helpful for the same price. Renewals are sent in the nick of time. If we are 1-2 days without checking the email, we have not seen the renewal and the site is immediately blocked. I do not advise and in fact I will cancel my subscription.
