★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly people and comfortable. Location is good too with a 20 minute stroll to the very beautiful old city. The gentleman owner who couldn't speak a word of English even showed me and a friend where to park our motorcycle"s around the back. His lady wife speaks very good English though. The ride from there to the algarve is a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled with a group of 7 motorcycles and 8 people. This hotel was chosen not only for the price-quality ratio, but also for having private free parking and being bike friendly, which was required for us for safe keeping and easy parking. There was no issues, and we were very well received by the staff. Good access control measures in place. I would recommend it.
The rooms at ground level had the outside curtains a bit damaged. Nothing that is a deal breaker, really, but given that is also a passing place we couldn't have the curtains opened for privacy anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic but clean, tidy and helpful. Well priced. No breakfast on offer for our visit but priced accordingly. We could hear the activities of the Latvian Triumph rider and his lady but he was mercifully quick !
