★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here for arroz con marisco (seafood rice) every time when I come to Faro beach and always be surprised.
It’s the first restaurant/ cafe you will see if coming to Faro beach. Tea and coffee is surprisingly big and affordable. Big pot of tea for €1.
Sea food and meal of the day are unbelievable-good. Look at how may crab, shrimps etc can be in one pot and it’s a portion for 1 person! Grilled meat looks nothing special but on the contrary it was so juicy and tender. We love everything on the table.
Good staffs and chill vibe in the restaurant add another pleasant experience on top of the trip to Faro. Will definitely go to this place every time whenever I come to Faro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location on the beach, bit old-fashioned but good value for money. Restaurant and roof-terrace are nice extra’s. Bike-rental available, which I recommend, some very nice biking can be done in nearby beautiful Rio Formosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the reception is really nice! The hotel itself needs an update, but I would go back no problems. They provide you beach towel and umbrella, the beach is only across the road and you can rent sunbeds and umbrella for €17.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor decor, cracked sink, tap wouldn’t turn off, tiny TV, and few plug sockets in room. Charged for triple room even with 2 guests. Fantastic location though, beautiful beach and just 5 mins by bus to airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true gem in the beach. Old and traditional. A clean full service hotel with a true genuine feel. A place where the locals go, which always is a great sign.
Excellent kitchen, wonderful staff add to the experience.
I will look forward to a return in the near future.
Highly recommended.
