★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't perfect either, for a 4* Hotel I was expecting a bit more.
1. The room are in a much needed maintenance in some areas, like the refrigerator of the mini bar is a bit too much loud and I could hear it when the time for sleep came, and the closet smells a bit of mold, oh and the digital keylock wasn't working... :-D but it was a positive experience in the end.
2. The food for the dinner is good for the asking price, and the breakfast quality and variety is very good too, this was a very positive point.
3. The internet connection isn't very good, but isn't bad either, the force of the Wi-Fi signal could be better and the speed could be a bit higher too, this is considering that is a 4* Hotel, I would say that it's ok but not great.
4. The TV are too small in our opinion and the quality of the signal is bad, this is not a positive point at all.
5. The staff was all very friendly, helpful and professional, this was a very positive point too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem in the north of Portugal. Functional an very good service. Nice breakfast buffet. Client-oriented. Well situated near the city center, river and the thermal bath next door. Not from Spain or Porto.
