Contudo estava limpo, as toalhas estavam limpinhas e a localização é mesmo no centro de Bragança. Pequeno almoço muito razoável, visto que o sumo de laranja não era bom, o café com leite não tinha práticamente café, contudo compensou no final com um café de capsula. The bed made a lot of noise when we moved during the night, and the mattress was not comfortable. However it was clean, towels were clean and the location is right in the center of Bragança. Very reasonable breakfast, as the orange juice was not good, the coffee with milk had practically no coffee, however it compensated in the end with a capsule coffee.

Por lo demás recepción y servicio profesional. Desayuno también correcto. Hotel with certain shortcomings. It does not allow paying with Amex although it does put it on its website. Correct cleaning. Uncomfortable bed and very low pillows. Otherwise professional reception and service. Breakfast also correct.

O quarto é espaçoso, as mobílias são um pouco antiquadas mas isso é questão de gosto. Recomendo a hospedagem, a localização é muito boa! Very good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, I needed to have breakfast early and they promptly responded to my request. The room is spacious, the furniture is a bit dated but that's a matter of taste. I recommend the accommodation, the location is very good!
B	Bruna Rodrigues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na chegada ao hotel não havia ninguém na recepção, tivemos de ligar para um número que nos informaram que só a partir das 20h é que estaria alguém no local para nos atender, inadmissível num hotel, mesmo sendo de duas estrelas! A cama é do piorio, noite mal dormida pois a cada movimento rangia e no dia seguinte é certo dores no corpo inteiro, muito mau! O wc pelo menos era espaçoso e tinha tudo para um banho relaxante! Pelo preço mais vale ir para outra localização fora da cidade ou pagar um pouco mais! O pequeno almoço apesar de simples era bom! Considerem uma remodelação das camas e melhor organização de pessoal que têm tudo para ter muito sucesso! When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception, we had to call a number that informed us that only after 8 pm would someone be there to assist us, which is unacceptable in a hotel, even though it is a two-star hotel! The bed is the worst, bad night sleep because with each movement it creaked and the next day it is certain pain in the whole body, very bad! At least the bathroom was spacious and had everything for a relaxing bath! For the price it's better to go to another location outside the city or pay a little more! Breakfast, although simple, was good! Consider a refurbishment of beds and better organization of staff who have everything to be very successful!

Free parking around the hotel. Good quality-price balance. Standard breakfast. Friendly staff. Not always there is somebody at the reception desk, but they attend the doorbell quickly.
