★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice hotel with a friendly staff. It has a pool which is very clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, the wifi could work better and the beds renewed, but overall a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place (rated as 4* but I've stayed in better 3*) clean, nice breakfast included.
Service terrible: no communication among the employees and their shift managers, eg, I was asked to pay twice for the same booking because when checking-out the guy at the reception wasn't informed that I'd already payed when checking-in. I to sugar coat it, I was on my way back to Lisbon and got a call from another frontdesk clerk saying that I had left without paying!
Surreal.
So all in all I don't intend to pay this place another visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel. Very pretty and old in terms of architecture. Absolutely beautiful location!
Quite clean and the staff are very friendly, I came with my motorcycle and they promptly allowed me to store it inside the inner gates so that it would be safer although the location itself is already safe. Extra precaution.
Only negative side was the pool and grass area. The pool was under maintenance, very green and dirty. This wouldn't be bad but I went there specifically for the pool and only stayed 1 day, so that totally ruined it for me. The grass area was bad because it didn't look like they did maintenance on it, the grass was very big and had a lot of bugs on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and had a fantastic view, the hotel has it's own farm where they produce their wine and oranges. The breakfast is really good, the space is quiet and you can take a very relaxing stroll through their property. All around great experience, apart from the repetitive music in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Heritage Hotel in an excellent location near Sesimbra, Setúbal, Tróia etc..
The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.
Great swimming pool, big gardens with fruit trees that you can pick up and eat it while you're strolling around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful green areas. This hotel it is ideal for some relaxing days. The rooms are quite old style, but very clean. The swimming pool area it is very quite and with beautiful views.
If you are searching for “luxury” service, rooms and areas. This is not for you. But if you are a nature lover, family service lover, wine lover, this hotel is for you.
