★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, near the subway station and 25 min walking to the Commerce square. Hotel is OK. Poor breakfast, the same every day, no variety at all and cold pastries. Didn't bother to try their restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions with the last being for a couple of nights March 19, 2020. We were the only two guests in the hotel for a couple of nights prior to them closing their doors as a result of the pandemic. The staff were truly exceptional and went over and above what anyone could or would have expected and my wife and I are so, so thankful they were there for us when we needed them the most. Amazing people. The hotel itself is very well located and an easy walk to the waterfront and a few steps to the metro, which will take you all over including Lisbon Portela airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and it included everything from pastries, fruits and cheeses to eggs and meats. The restaurant serves delicious meals at reasonable prices including some very good Douro wines. We are very happy to be going back there in January and March next year. Muito obrigado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotell with a great location. Walking distance to the centre of Lisboa. Rooms are modern and clean with high standard. Breakfast was average, but there was bacon to save the day. The hotel bar was closed with upredictable opening hours, but great bars to visit in the neighborhood.

Breakfast is standard, nothing too fancy.
I forgot my toothbrush in the room and they immediately sent it to me via post.
Great experience, I can recommend this hotel!
