★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in Fundão area, nice place to stay for a visit to Serra da Estrela as you can reach Torre in about 30/40 minutes.
The hotel is very good, staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi was very good making it a perfect place for some homeoffice option. Price was reasonable, room was very spacious. Everything was very clean and tidy. Many outdoor swimming pools but I have been there on winter and didn't feel like jumping in but it would definitely make a perfect place for spending some days with your family, kids will definitely enjoy the swimming pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, with a very nice and large pool/garden area. Great for large groups. The staff is very kind and polite, without overdoing it as in some fancy hotels. If you go for a drink at the english Bar, make sure to ask the young barman for some caipirinhas, they are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids love it. The water park for the children was surprise for me, I was expecting a swimming pool only. There was a fun water gymnastics class and a bouncer jumper also. We were amazed. It was a great day.

Shade parking, good for the high summer temps.
Not very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in the winter so we were not able to totally enjoy it. The swimming pool outside is huge and the entire hotel is gorgeous.The bar was vintage and the prices were not that bad.
The disappointment was the spa. The swimming pool water was cold, the Turkish bath was not working properly and the sauna door did not close well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing and the staff were really helpful. The food at the restaurant was super delicious however the portions were too big (be careful as I wouldn’t like seeing food going to waste). I couldn’t enjoy the pool because of the weather but will be back in summer.
