J	Johan Pichon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À fuir l’homme de la reception qui essaie de nous faire payer la nuit en insistant en plus alors qu’elle avait déjà été payé sur Expedia, tout simplement honteux enfaite après avoir discuter aux alentours c’est une pratique que certains tentent pour piéger certains touristes … Attention. La piscine c’est faux pas dans l’hotel mais plus loin La chambre reste moyenne mais la propreté y est seul atout. je déconseille. To flee the man at the reception who tries to make us pay for the night by insisting on top of that when she had already been paid on Expedia, quite simply shameful infact after having discussed around it is a practice that some try to trap some tourists… Watch out. A	Ana Teixeira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria conhecer um pouco desta zona penso em lá voltar por causa das termas não tive a oportunidade de ir lá .em relação ao hotel dou 2 estrelas pq devia ter tido um quarto maior a cama para um casal muito pequena dormi mal depois de uma viagem longa mais o meu marido o quarto não e a prova de som .disse oque se passava por causa da cama nem ligaram .enfim a limpeza muito escassa só fizeram a cama e limparam o chão nem as toalhas mundaram tive que pedir enfim ...o pequeno almoço razoável nada de especial .café pão leite queijo e fiambre fruta .. iogurtes de beber .....já tive em hotéis e nunca fiquei desiludida com a estadia ...são simpáticos mas para mim não e tudo penso em não voltar ....Caldelas vou visitar I would like to know a little bit about this area. I think about going back there because of the spa I didn't have the opportunity to go there. I give it 2 stars for the hotel because I should have had a bigger room the bed for a very small couple I slept badly after a long trip but my husband didn't have the room and the soundproofing .he said what was going on because of the bed they didn't even care .at last the very scant cleaning they only made the bed and cleaned the floor and the towels didn't change I had to ask anyway ...the little one reasonable lunch nothing special .coffee bread milk cheese and ham fruit ..yogurts to drink .....I've had in hotels and I was never disappointed with the stay ...they are friendly but not for me and all I think about not going back . ...caldelas I will visit

Great food, very good value and very good local knowledge 10/10,matt and tatyana, see you next year

The hotel even gave us a front door key due too our early starts watching the world rally championship. We will definitely be returning next year and would once again like too thank you all for your hospitality . Jon, tom and Edward..

Most of the staff speaks English and they are exceptionally helpful. Our suite (we were upgraded as a gift) was comfortable with good views from the large terrace. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful (included in the room price), dinners (extra) are also good value. A definitely recommend this place, the price/value ratio and the kindness of the staff is unbeatable. Also a good base to visit Geres Natural Park and the neighbouring rural areas.
