★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely staff, nice breakfast although the fresh orange juice is not what it says. Beautiful location. Only complain the swimming pool water it's to treated you can't open your eyes and your skin complains. Nice that you can Just go and dive in the river!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful small hotel in an unbeatable surrounding, right on top of the river Bank. The room have a river view and small balconies. There is also an outside swimming pool and inside gym. The in house restaurant and bar serve lunches, dinner and drinks, all top quality. Parking might be difficult during the weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view over the Douro river and room was great but restaurant was not good at all. Unfortunately there were no alternative for eating. Chefs special was worst fish so far in Portugal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel at the foot of the two rivers Douro and Bestanca with a breathtaking view of the hotel room. We were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed our time here very much. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. That's why we decided to stay here a little longer.
