★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in that hotel for 7 nights during my vacations in lisbon. All the staff were friendly and always to help you the room was perfect and the size was big even for one person and i liked it every day clean and fresh also i loved the parfume on the hallway on every floor it offers free wifi and breakfast on 1st floor and i liked it especially the chocolates croissants. Outside there is the terminal station of red line (sao sebastiao) that goes to the airport and also the blue line that goes to santa apolonia if you want to take the train.just after the corner there is a mall (el cortes des ingles) with a super market inside . Also at the blue line 5 stations from the hotel (colegio militar/luz) there is the biggest mall in the iberian peninsula the colombo shopping mall with many shops and restaurants.So back at the hotel i reccomend it to every one and i will choose it again in my next trip to Lisboa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a quiet residential street, the hotel offers a pleasant lobby and bar which serves good value if simple snacks. Rooms are clean, on the small side with efficient showers. Staff are friendly. Breakfasts are very good ;plenty of freshly baked bread;delicious fruit salad prepared each day; the famous custard tarts;juices taste little strange.A good base from which to enjoy this lovely city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is efficient and helpful, room service was quick and prices are great too. The room is decent size and very clean althou like someone else mentioned, bit too warm.
The hotel is very well situated, there is a metro station right outside of the front door which can take you straight to airport or city centre.
There is also few restaurants nearby and a decent cocktail place just 10 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small cozy hotel with a metro stop right in front of it which makes it convenient as it's a direct line to the airport.
The rooms were reasonable in size. Has room service, but you can also head downstairs to the lounge and eat and drink there. The staff were very friendly.
Breakfast offered a reasonable amount of choices, including pastel de nata.

Not a fancy hotel but well located and in a great residential neighborhood that is on both red and blue metro lines. Easy airport access as well. But what makes this hotel great is the staff. Friendly, very professional and are always helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/10 recommend. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and you can easily reach places also by foot. If you don‘t feel like walking you could also use the metro (since the station is exactly opposite of the hotel). However, the receptionists and the service didn‘t live up to our expectations. There was no sign of friendliness: They didn‘t greet us, seemed disinterested and weren‘t polite at all.
Our highlight was that the lady who cleans the rooms. She told us that today was a special day (1.1.2022) and she asked us if she should still clean our rooms. Moreover, there were no eggs for breakfast only sweet stuff.
