★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Rali is situated near by the funicular and walking distance to many other Viana attractions.This hotel has been revamped and met up to a three star standard rated hotel.Rooms and bathrooms are revamped but smaller than normal hotel rooms.The breakfast is served at the Ralenti restaurant which has a nice decoration and friendly staff.The rooms are very clean.Pool spa area is differently decorated than most spa area I know but kind of interesting.The pool is a nice size but the area is to small to accommodate all the guest.We have to leave our towels anyplace because there is no space for all the guest(Overcrowded).The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great - good location, cozy and clean room, polite and welcoming staff. Only thing I noticed (not a problem for me but I assume will be for some) is that the noise from the corridor and other rooms may be heard easily, or at least in our room. Was definitely not bad and I will be glad to use the service of this lovely hotel again. 4,5 stars from 5, enjoy :)
