★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos el año pasado y muy bien . Centrico , en una calle peatonal con muchos bares, restaurantes, tiendas. Cerca de la plaza del Rossio y la plaza del Comercio . Muy recomendable calidad precio
We were last year and very well. Central, in a pedestrian street with many bars, restaurants, shops. Close to the Rossio Square and the Commerce Square. Highly recommended quality price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bien situé. Prix modique. Chambre très très petites et salle de bain minuscule. Les WC sont quasiment inutilisables car les jambes dépassent à l'extérieur on ne peut pas fermer la porte quand on est assis sur le siège. Le local buanderie se trouve juste à côté, donc des bruits de turbine toute la nuit, rideau occultant trop court qui laisse passer la lumière. Surtout quand la chambre voisine laisse la lumière de sa salle de bains allumée toute la nuit, on est éclairés comme en plein jour. Bac de douche fendu. Petit déjeuner : minimum syndical. Rien n'est bon, pas même le pain. Je ne mets pas zéro car l'emplacement est idéal. Et le prix Expedia à 60 € la nuit. À ce tarif on a eu la pire des chambres.
Very well located. Low price. Very very small room and tiny bathroom. The toilets are almost unusable because the legs protrude outside and you cannot close the door when you are seated on the seat. The laundry room is right next door, so turbine noise all night long, blackout curtain too short which allows light to pass through. Especially when the next room leaves the light in its bathroom on all night, we are lit as in broad daylight. Split shower tray. Breakfast: union minimum. Nothing is good, not even the bread. I do not put zero because the location is ideal. And the Expedia price at € 60 per night. At this rate we got the worst room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fin de semana pasado teníamos una reserva en este hotel. Sin embargo, avisamos para decirle que no podíamos ir ya que habíamos dado positivo en Covid y teníamos comprobante de ello y no obtuvimos respuesta. Por lo que:
1. No se han comunicado con nosotros al ver que no se hizo el check in
2. Cuando intentamos contactar con ellos NO responden
No lo recomiendo dada la situación en la que estamos.
Last weekend we had a reservation at this hotel. However, we notified him to tell him that we could not go as we had tested positive for Covid and we had proof of it and we did not get a response. So that:
1. They have not communicated with us when they saw that the check-in was not done
2. When we try to contact them they DO NOT respond
I do not recommend it given the situation we are in.
