It is a great example for the great landscapes in the interior of Portugal.
However, I think the price is a little bit high for all the services included.

Yes it could do with a little updating in places but the overall ambience is faultless.
Great staff, friendly and welcoming
Food was very good
And those views! Priceless
We will definitely be back next year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect escape. Even when full, the place is quiet and calm. Perfect place to escape. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tanning decks have beautiful views and are clean and well looked after. Get a massage - totally worth the money. The hotel's interior is clean and tidy but needs touching up (e.g. paint work). The restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating although can be slow when full. This really is not a problem when you go to relax and take in incomparable views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel rooms still great, hotel a bit old, spa needs some remodeling but still enough.
This is a typical place to make photos, although in the inside so many things has to be updated. Food is average or average/low, spa services almost in the average/low, customer service is OK.
For the amount of money, I think we could get a bit more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and very poor conditions for a 4 star hotel. Seems like there isn't a maintenance since the opening. The only good thing about this place is the view which we can have without booking on the hotel. Very disappointed with the service.

Not sure how this place can say it has 4 stars - I am sure if a surprise inspection took place, this would be changed immediately!
This place must have been beautiful at some point as the views are breathtaking, but don't be fooled by the infinity pool, because this does not exist (and I am sure it will take quite a while to return).
The rooms are old and smell the minute you get in - there is a strong smell of sewage that comes from the bathroom. The furniture is old and there is an overall smell of dust. At night, there is a constant noise coming from the old ventilation system.
The indoors swimming pool was super cold and the chemical smell was so strong that I could not stop coughing and had to leave.
The staff were not welcoming at all and there are no instructions on small things like the breakfast buffet. It is a shame as it's none of their fault that the place is falling apart and stopped in time.
Very limited breakfast choices.
We had a two-night stay booked using an "Odisseias" voucher, gifted to us on our wedding, but we left after one sleepless night.
