★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negócio familiar com alguma necessidade de remodelação. A equipa é pouco sensível às necessidades dos clientes. Não vou detalhar a falta de educação que pude observar. Infelizmente não posso recomendar o local por estes motivos.
 Family business with some need for remodeling. The team is not very sensitive to customer needs. I am not going to detail the lack of education I was able to observe. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the place for these reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência neste hotel é muito má não há água quente o aquecimento está desligado e quando comfrontamos a pessoa responsável diz que não pode fazer nada são ordens da pratoa ter o aquecimento desligado e se não tivermos bem é modar se isto é resposta de uma pessoa responsável por um hotel vergonhoso querem uma experiência desagradável aconselho vivamente
My experience in this hotel is very bad there is no hot water the heating is off and when we confront the person in charge says he can't do anything it's orders from the plate to have the heating off and if we don't have it well it's mod if this is a person's answer responsible for a disgraceful hotel want an unpleasant experience I strongly advise

Tinha que ir jantar sem tomar banho, porque só tinha água quente e mesmo aquecimento central depois das 21h.
Depois de confrontar a pessoa varias vezes que dá a cara às pessoas disse que não podia fazer nada,
Não dá para acreditar
I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and there was neither hot water nor pressure after work.
I had to go to dinner without showering, because there was only hot water and even central heating after 9pm.
After confronting the person who faces people several times, he said he couldn't do anything,
Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this turist trap. We spent one night, the linens had not been changed from previous guests!... There was no water at all for a shower at 8.30am because they use a water well to save money on water costs.... Several other customers affected, but the staff is highly ineffective in solving issues, terrible also at making up excuses.
