★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vila Galé Ópera was not so bad at all. We only spent one night but the rooftop mini pools were a real treat in the middle of the city. It's a fantastic location with great parking and easy access to the coolest spot in Lisbon: LX Factory!

I have 9 nights book and untill 7th day, I had to change 3 rooms.in the first room there were no good internet connectivity, second room there was a mosquite problem( couldnt sleep 2 nights in even the reseption help twice for pest control treatment). The floor of the rooms are carpet and it is individual airconditioners and some rooms has old ones.there is no still water in the room you have to buy from bar, there is no iron in the rooms . The Laundry service was not a good experience at all, damaged all my shirts and delivered in 2 days and Shirts were not ironed properly at all,I had to sent back to ironing twice but still wasnt satisfactory. there is no shoe cleaning materials, limited sanitary materials in the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the indoor pool with a glass ceiling. You can float in the water and watch the planes overhead as it is quite close to the airport.
Friendliest, most helpful staff of all the Vila Galés so far.

There is extremely thin soundproofing. For the price you pay, this hotel is 100% not worth it. It was raining for part of my trip and I decided to rest in the hotel room-- only to experience construction noise that began at 10AM and went on to 5PM. It is really unacceptable service and I encourage my fellow tourists to stay away from this scam of a hotel. How they are listed as a 4-star hotel and have 5/5 reviews is beyond me ...
When conferences are going on, this hotel purposefully spikes the prices of their rooms by 3-4x. Do yourself a favor and stay away
