★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved ALL the classes here. I went to the dynamic with Ilea, the gentle yoga with Sarah, and the Kundalini with Natasha and all were excellent!! Such a very pleasant surprise to find such good quality yoga in Tavira, wished I was staying longer just for this! Totally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutly stunning, peaceful location with breathtaking surroundings. This is such a lovely place to bring peace to your soul. Pilates with Monica is an absolute joy and I look forward to her classes. She tailors each of the excercises to match your ability and is always aware of how you're doing - pushing you a little bit further if she thinks you can but also suggesting an easier alternative if you're finding an excercise difficult. I can definately recommend House of Happiness and the talented, caring people who work there.

I’ve worked with Fabienne for 1.5 months, it was an amazing and intense journey. Getting to know each other, being open, balanced and going with the flow. ?
What can I say? - If I could, I would take her with me. ?. Can’t wait to be back!

I had several intuitive healing massages with Fabienne and absolutely love them. It is always a great release not just on the physical but also on the emotional level.
