Definitivamente eu recomendo-os para quem deseja ser tratado com respeito, seriedade e eficiência! Tivemos um problema com o antigo proprietário o qual a Imobiliária não teve culpa. Apenas se você mora no exterior, tenha certeza que paga o restante da entrada da casa, somente após a retirada de todos os pertences do antigo proprietário e após ver e ter certeza que a casa foi deixada conforme CPCV.

During the entire purchase process, both were attentive, responded to emails quickly, continued to assist us with information even after the sale was completed and at no time left us waiting for essential questions in our decision. During the process, they worked to keep us informed and also provided us with security and clarity in the information provided. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, seriousness and efficiency! We had a problem with the previous owner which Imobiliária was not to blame. Only if you live abroad, make sure you pay the rest of the down payment, only after removing all belongings from the former owner and after seeing and making sure that the house was left in accordance with the CPCV.
