A representante da imobiliária ainda por cima é familiar do proprietário do imóvel.
Não recomendarei a mais ninguém, jamais.
Mentiram com os dentes todos e não aconselho a mais ninguém, comprar ou assinar CPCV sem assinar um termo com as condições combinadas. Parece que a falta de palavra corre no sangue.

I will never recommend it to anyone else.
They all lied with their teeth and I do not advise anyone else to buy or sign CPCV without signing a term with the agreed conditions. It seems the wordlessness runs in the blood.
