Many stops during the trip which ends up making long trips into long and tiring ones! More expensive prices than other companies that make the trip faster. Passengers treated like cattle at the bus interchange in Burgos! If it wasn't for the sympathy of SOME drivers, neither would this star.

Bus company doing its job well as to bring you from point A to point B but at the cost of comfort and respect for the customer. For the outward journey, the bus has an acceptable delay (~ 30 min). Stops on motorway areas ~ 4 hours. We waited 2 hours when connecting in burgos ... For the return, the company warned me 4 hours before the passage of the bus at the place and time scheduled that it would have 2 hours in advance. Rather impractical to organize. Once we got on the bus at the border (vilar formoso), we stopped 5 minutes later, 2km away, where I had climbed for an hour. Annoying knowing that I could have gone to this place and would have saved me an hour of waiting. The passengers are not very discreet and certain mouths in all the bus when he speaks on the phone. As for comfort on the bus, let's not talk about it. A small part of the passengers do not respect the wearing of masks, however compulsory, and the drivers do not tell them anything. No control of pcr or sanitary pass tests to enter the bus. Passengers treated like cattle when changing buses in Burgos. Bus drivers doing all to catch up due to poor organization on the part of the company (not a single stop between san sebastien and clermont-fd to catch up). They don't use or know how to use gps. Only positive points: - attractive ticket prices -the instructions for changing the bus are in Portuguese but also in English. The driver also gives a small ticket where is the number of the bus in which one must go, allowing to facilitate the change of bus being quite sporty when one does not understand too much Portuguese. Practical bus offer because it is inexpensive but if you can take the plane, it will be more expensive but will provide you with more than adequate comfort and service. I will never go by bus again.

Nunca repetiria
Buy through flixbus a ticket Bilbao-Munich and an incredible mess. In the middle of the road at a gas station they made a transfer with another bus and I had to change my suitcases and everything and without prior notice. Plus the arrogant driver and edge. I would never repeat

Very very bad experience! We were waiting with 10 people for 2 or 3 different Iberocoach buses, at midnight for around 3 hours before one of them showed up. the 24/7 service number is unreachable and so are their offices, and I tried at least 30 times. The drivers from another company (in malaga) told us it's normal for Iberocoach to be up to 2 hours late. After we finally got driving after hours of waiting, we were not informed about stops, what it was for and how long it would take. All in all, terrible experience and definitely the first and last time travelling with this company. No service, No communication, Far from on time, my advice: stay away from this company!

I will not be using this company in the future. Many things they promise you do not match what they actually offer. On the bus between Lisbon and Seville, there was no restroom, the wifi did not work, and, although smoke-free, the driver would smoke near the door and smoke would come into bus. The seats were not as wide as they make it seem on the website and there were no outlets. The bus was also late, leaving everyone wondering if it was actually going to show up.

TLDR: The wait for the bus was excruciating, but the bus was first class- overall a good experience! I took Iberocoach from San Sebastián-Donostia to to Porto, Portugal. Nearly a 12 hour trip over night! The departures information at the main Estacion de Austobuses did not have any information about Iberocoach- it appeared as if the bus wasn't even scheduled to arrive! So I was already concerned and nervous if the bus was going to come. To make matters worse the bus did not arrive on time so at that point I was totally freaking out! It finally arrived, 15 minutes late, to my relief! I think the wait was so nerve wracking because there was no information about the bus on the departures board. For this stressful situation I deducted one star. Perhaps this is something Iberocoach can reconcile with the Estacion de Autobuses in San Sebastián? On the other hand the bus was the nicest and most comfortable I've ever ridden in. Two USB ports for every pair of seats. Easy access wifi, functioning personal airvents, adjustable armrests, comfortable leather seats and a reasonable amount of leg room! After filling out a little voucher we recieved a free, yummy coffee and buttered roll at our breakfast stop. There is a toilet on board but stops were frequent enough I didn't need to use it. The second bus driver was friendly and helpful even though we shared no language! The first one was a grump, but you know, maybe he was tired from driving all day. Overall, I would ride with Iberocoach again and will probably ride with them from Porto to Lisbon. ☺️

These buses stop just in front of their agent in Fatima, Portugal, wich is Hostel Pereira. From there to Sanctuary is only 5 minutes walking distance. This is Perfect. Nice company.
