Péssimo serviço, falta de transparencia, falta de profissionalismo.
Trabalhei com eles e não recomendo.
Quando há problemas ninguém resolve.
Evite enviar com eles, especialmente durante a época do Natal.
O track and trace na maioria das vezes não funciona.
Eles não se assumem qualquer tipo de responsabilidade.
Eles atuam apenas como intermediários, na maioria das vezes usam seus "parceiros" (GLS, SEUR, ETC ETC), culpando os mesmos por qualquer negligência.
Recomendo trabalhar diretamente com os principais distribuidores (FedEx, DHL, etc). Dessa forma, evitará uma etapa extra e poderá ter respostas mais certas se houver um problema.
Aconselho vivamente a não confiar neles por qualquer tipo de envio porque: o pacote pode desaparecer com muita facilidade ou, se tiver sorte e não for perdido, pode voltar ao remetente só depois de meses.
Também não há nenhum número de telefone de apoio ao cliente no site.

They act only as intermediaries, most often using their "partners" (GLS, SEUR, ETC ETC), blaming them for any negligence.
I recommend working directly with the main distributors (FedEx, DHL, etc.). That way, you will avoid an extra step and may have more accurate answers if there is a problem.
I strongly advise you not to trust them for any kind of shipping because: the package can disappear very easily or, if you're lucky and not lost, you can return to the sender only after months.
There is also no customer support phone number on the website.

Pedimos justificação por email, onde nos responderam de forma arrogante via email, que não queriam prestar mais serviços, sem na realidade terem prestado algum, e o serviço já pago! Ao qual ainda esperamos o reembolso ...
Several promises of order pickup, several phone calls were made in which we were provided hours and days of pickup that never happened. We asked for justification by email, where they answered us arrogantly via email, that they did not want to provide more services, without actually providing any, and the service already paid! We still await a refund ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from a Portuguese wine company on 3/7/2020. Shipment sent on 3/11/2020. Claims package was delivered to the United States on 3/13/2020. Tracking system is nonexistent and no details as to where my package is. Shame on this company for putrid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. They shipped a package that was meant to arrive in 7 days after a month to a wrong address in a wrong city and delivered it to a person different from the sender. Once I managed to track the package, not only did they not apologize or explain how on earth they decided to invent the shipping address out of nowhere, but they also turned down any refund request and stated that the delivery was completed. NEVER USE THEM! THEY ARE SCUM!

Special thanks to the Algarve Team and Jessica Flausino that kept contact with me to explain me the different delivery options and was there to assist me . I recommend them
