Ideal Homes know the market very well. Chris and his team are very professional, informed, not pushy like many agents and most of all trustworthy. They have a network of local lawyers, architects and builders to help solve any problems that might arise. I expect to do more business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone searching for their dream home in Portugal. CMG, Ireland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Ideal Homes very recently, mainly dealing with Chris White and Cristina Guimarães the mortgage advisor. They were professional from start to finish, helped and guided us throughout the entire process, they even performed magic that no other agent could do!
They helped with recommending lawyers, builders, architects all very knowledgeable.
Not only do the sell properties they also rent, which this of course is something we will do in the future with Ideal Homes.
We finally moved into our property a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier, thanks guys xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris White is very knowledgeable and has over delivered!! He let me change buildings and unit! The value of my unit has increased 180,000 Euros, a lot more than what he promised!! His whole team is absolutely amazing and have been very helpful from beginning to closing! I would give him and his team 6 stars!!!
I am so excited and satisfied that I bought another condo in the new development Dona Maria II A special thank you to Cristina, she got my loan approved as promised!!! Megan you too!!! Everyone have been delightful to work with!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a unit in Vines development which should have closed months ago. I have not had a single communication from them in regards to delays or to checkin. If it wasn't for the lawyer I wouldn't know what was going on with our unit. Absolutely no value from Ideal Homes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and knowledge of the area and best deals in the area. they also had best connections including mortgage advisors and lawyers at hand specially i was down there and i had one and half day to get everything done and surprisingly they managed to get my bank account sorted and power of attorney all sorted before i had to fly back to The USA definitely recommend them.
