About IFA - International Flight Academy
The MCC course is the last module towards the completion of the ATPL course.
The objectives are to develop the technical and non-technical components of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to operate a multicrew aircraft.
Some of the desired competencies to achieve are: Communication, Leadership, Team Work, Situation Awareness, Workload Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
It’s also a requirement to enroll in a Type Rating course.

Após concluir o curso não recebi (nem eu e nem meus colegas de turma), nenhum apoio por parte da escola IFA, que diz que já colocou mais de 1500 Assistentes de Bordo no mercado de trabalho e tem parcerias com companhias aéreas, parcerias esta que nunca foi-nos dito quem são e nem como proceder ao processo de recrutamento. Todos na escola são bons profissionais, e os professores, realço a Sra. Sandra Damas, foram excelentes orientadores, mas agora deixar um aluno sem qualquer tipo de orientação depois que termina o curso, é realmente de se lamentar. De resto, excelentes instalações e, como já mencionado, bom material didático.
The course is really good, but only for didactic material. After completing the course I did not receive (neither I nor my classmates) any support from the IFA school, which says that it has already placed more than 1500 Flight Attendants in the job market and has partnerships with airlines, partnerships that we were never told who they are or how to proceed with the recruitment process. Everyone at the school is a good professional, and the teachers, I would like to point out Ms. Sandra Damas, were excellent mentors, but now leaving a student without any guidance after the course is over is really regrettable. For the rest, excellent facilities and, as already mentioned, good teaching material.
