★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belíssima igreja, situada no centro histórico da cidade de Bragança, ao lado do palácio conhecido como "Antigo Governo Civil" e por baixo o castelo de Bragança. Esta igreja teve origem num antigo convento de freiras beneditinas fundado no século XVI. A sua entrada lateral é definida por uma bela portada em granito, com o brasão de armas na sua parte superior. A parede lateral externa da igreja parece inclinada em relação ao conjunto, mas parece que até agora não representa perigo para a segurança pública. No seu interior, destaca-se o teto da nave principal do edifício, coberta por uma pintura de enormes dimensões (se bem que a necessitar de restauro).
 Beautiful church, located in the historic center of the city of Bragança, next to the palace known as "Former Civil Government" and below the castle of Bragança. This church originated in an old convent of Benedictine nuns founded in the 16th century. Its side entrance is defined by a beautiful granite cover, with the coat of arms on its upper part. The external side wall of the church appears to be tilted in relation to the whole, but it seems that so far it does not pose a danger to public security. Inside, the roof of the main nave of the building stands out, covered with a painting of enormous dimensions (although it needs restoration).

Following the legend it was in this church that Peter I secretly married Inês de Castro wedding that will give birth to one of the most tragic love stories of all times.
