★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice new IKEA. Visited several times over a fortnight and found it only to be crowded on a midweek bank holiday. Very friendly and helpful, mainly English speaking, staff. Slightly confusing car park.

Return policies keep changing and aren't communicated by the staff.
One of the few places where you can try a mattress for a longer period and be able to return it. Be aware though you now have to keep the packaging....

but to have a sofa broke down in couple month is too much
Worse than that customer service is disgusting
They only replied after months and offer only to replace the part of the sofa broken.But sofa is not longer for sale so they suggested have half of sofa one model and half other model
Beside bedding and stuff i won’t buy anything else from Ikea
