★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um excelente local para compras. Tem material barato mas também caro. O bar em hora de ponta gera filas bem grandes. Os pastéis e as pizzas são boas, e para quem gosta de café pode voltar a encher as vezes que quiser.
 It's a great place for shopping. It has cheap material but also expensive. The bar in rush hour generates very long queues. The pastries and pizzas are good, and for those who like coffee, you can refill it as often as you like.

It goes from bad to worse. Restoration is to forget. It clearly doesn't have the structure to receive so many people on the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Ikea products but online/phone customer service is really disappointing. I am on call support line waiting for 20 mins already, nobody answering. Chat? Impossible too. Maybe it would be good to hire more people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are still waiting for our order from February. Impossible to have them on the phone and they never even answer our emails. They scheduled two delivery date. We had to stay at home all day but we actually never received anything! This shop is a real joke! Every time I get someone on the phone to have my money back they tell me they are not the good department and put me on hold for hours. I am desperate, not even sure I'll get my money back one day!!
