★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Sometimes in top restaurants you wont get so much attention. Staff is professionally trained and very useful in choosing the dishes. They are not too much and only come when you need them. The food is great, the atmosphere is very calm and romantic. Highly suggest! One of the best restaurants in Lisbon for casual dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was AMAZING. Our hostess/waitress Ana L. was so kind and lovely. We told her we were in a bit of a hurry to go to a tour and she was very accommodating and brought us our coffee and bill so quickly after we finished our meal. We really appreciated her ! The bread, meals, and coffee were all delicious. We are very happy we came across this restaurant. The atmosphere is also very nice!

The waiter and waitress are really kind and funny

What distinguishes this restaurant is the service of the staff who are well organized amongst themselves that even my 8 year old commented on how organized they are.
Very friendly and always smiling and attentive without making you feel uncomfortable.
I am not listing down the names of the staff but they all are fantastic.
The food is very good and tasty and I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quiet place for a romantic dinner.
The sweets are good also and the boca negra is absolutely interesting to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate at this restaurant last night . Not an authentic Italian more contemporary and suited to the design of the hotel . The food was tasty but the service left a little to be desired , it was extremely slow and inexperienced. The wine wasn’t chilled , we weren’t offered a different bottle so had to tell the staff how to chill it so that it reached the temperature we wanted . I asked if I could have fresh chillies with my pasta and the waitress never returned. Not a restaurant I would rush back to .
