★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza with light and tasty base. We had vegetarian pizza without mozzarella. The pizza came on a wooden rustic tray, and it was delicious. The service is fast and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Il Pizzaiolo to anyone visiting Porto for a tasty pizza!

My mums „normal“ Risotto was great!
I had a vegan pizza and even though there is only one on the menu it was not possible to exchange an ingredient.
The pizza was still yummy but since I don‘t like Olives it was a vegan Margherita which is not really exciting.
Usually they have a vegan dessert which they didn‘t have this day and were also not able to tell me if it would ever be available again.
So to sum up the food was great, the service/options around vegan food disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was so nice, great music gently playing in the background. The food was amazing we had a starter garlic bread with mozzarella and pepperoni. For mains we tried something different from the usual pizzas and we were very impressed by the taste and presentation. We ordered the Linguine Nero e Gambi and Marinaro, the flavours were well put together.
The staff were so lovely and polite. Would definitely come back here when we visit Porto again.
We came to the restaurant at a busy time and we're able to get a table, which was a bit risky. I would advise to book a table to avoid disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good and warm. I was with my family, everything was tasty. But the risotto wasn’t good it tasted like vessel water. And the salmon was too salty and thick, and the salad wasn’t well seasoned. However, the price is correct.
