★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia da instalação do serviço tudo correu bem, no entanto, mostro a minha insatisfação pela muito fraca qualidade no atendimento ao cliente. Há 6 meses contatei os serviços desta empresa para a efetuar a manutenção do serviço. Liguei para a loja onde me solicitaram que contactasse diretamente o técnico, não se entende o porquê. Fiz o contacto com o técnico o qual me informou que se ia deslocar a minha casa naquele dia por volta das 18h. Perguntei se tinha a minha morada, respondeu prontamente que sim, parecia que me estava a despachar.Achei estranho pois o serviço tinha sido instalado 2 anos antes, mas dei o benefício da dúvida. A minha suspeita confirmou-se, ninguém compareceu em minha casa no dia e hora marcada, e até hoje nem um contacto recebi a dar qualquer justificação!
Após isso já liguei umas 40 vezes para o contacto que está divulgado no site da empresa mas ninguém atende! Será que fechou!?
On the day of installation of the service everything went well, however, I show my dissatisfaction with the very poor quality of customer service. 6 months ago I contacted the services of this company to carry out the maintenance of the service. I called the store where they asked me to contact the technician directly, it's not clear why. I made contact with the technician who informed me that he was going to move to my house that day around 18:00. I asked if he had my address, he promptly replied that he did, it seemed he was sending me away. I found it strange because the service had been installed 2 years before, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. My suspicion was confirmed, no one came to my house on the appointed day and time, and to this day I haven't even received a contact giving any justification!
After that I have already called 40 times for the contact that is posted on the company's website but no one answers! Did it close!?
