D	Daniela Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a marcação de um exame á face, a minha mãe fica á espera, e na hora do exame o mesmo não é feito, porque tem que ser feito sem máscara e o radiologista, recusa-se, quando marcaram o exame, não sabiam que tinha que ser sem máscara? Gostam de fazer as pessoas perder tempo... E esperemos que não seja nada grave, e que está recusa não nos corra mal... They scheduled a face exam, my mother is waiting, and at the time of the exam it is not done, because it has to be done without a mask and the radiologist refuses, when they scheduled the exam, they did not know that did it have to be without a mask? They like to make people waste their time... And let's hope it's nothing serious, and that this refusal doesn't go wrong...

Good clinic for medical exams, unique except appointments (from one to more months) and waiting time to be attended (always a lot of people).

Depois quando veio a pandemia piorou só faziam marcações por telefone e as pessoas ficavam na rua há espera até serem chamados para efectuar a presença para fazer os exames e fazer os pagamentos quem pagava e outras coisas que não vale a pena mensionar. Deixei de ir a esta instituição perderam uma cliente ou utente como queira expressar. Para mim chega de palhaçada há mais quem queira ganhar dinheiro. Se há era péssimo agora é horrível. Era só isso que quero dizer. My experience was reasonable at this institution. Afterwards, when the pandemic came on, they only made appointments by phone and people stayed on the street waiting until they were called to attend the exams and make payments, who paid and other things that are not worth mentioning. I stopped going to this institution, they lost a client or user as they want to express. No more clowning for me, there are more who want to make money. If there was a lousy one now it's horrible. That's all I want to say.

WHEN ENTERING I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT THE DOOR WAS THE OUTLET! WHEN THEY CALLED ME, I WAS ALREADY AT THE COUNTER! WITH TOTAL ARROGANCE, THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND ENRY THROUGH THE RIGHT DOOR. EVEN SEEING MY DIFFICULTY IN WALKING. IT WAS COLDER THAN AN ICE BAR. I waited my turn and saw that service was normal there. THEY TOLD ME THAT IN 3 WEEKS MY EXAMS WOULD BE AT C.SAUDE. BUT ON JANUARY 04 I RECEIVED A NOTICE WITH A BILL OF €5.60. PAID MY ACCOUNT €230.00. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST. THERE ARE MANY CLINICS AND THAT WE ARE SERVED AS WE DESERVE. THESE EMPLOYEES FORGET THAT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SALARY THEY HAVE TO HAVE PEOPLE TO TREAT THEM. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!!!

Há meses que tento marcar e não consigo, nunca há disponibilidade de agenda. Ou não há médicos ou não há interesse em atender. Sugiro fortemente que fechem as portas pois a situação é desumana! The situation at the Clínica Fernando Sancho is ridiculous. There is no possibility of scheduling an obstetrical ultrasound. I've been trying to make an appointment for months and I can't, there's never an availability. Either there are no doctors or there is no interest in seeing them. I strongly suggest that you close the doors as the situation is inhumane!
G	Gianni Costantiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay far away from this clinic. I specifically picked this clinic because they said they could have the results in English. When I went to get the MRI completed, I was there for over three hours, after they stated it will take no longer than 45 minutes. When I finally received the results, they were in Portuguese. I called a few times and left messages and did not receive any reply back. Finally, I got a hold of someone and they first apologized and said they will figure it out. The receptionist then turned rude and said it was now impossible to have the results in English. What a waste of time and money. Zero Stars if it was possible.
T	Tom O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an ultrasound at this very busy clinic. Service was superb! Reception staff were exceedingly helpful. Despite my extremely limited Portugese I was processed in about 5 minutes and sent to the imaging waiting room where I waited for a very short time before receiving my scan. The clinicians could not have been more helpful. They also had a great sense of humour which really put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. A big thank you to all the staff and clinicians I dealt with. Muito Obrigado.
N	Nato G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic does not allow the father assist the ecography. The doctor was unfriendly, arrogant in speaking with my wife ("I am the boss here", he was not :)). His initials are J.N. he is an gynecolog. After insisting that its forbidden to let the father assist the ecography, he refused to do it even if I would give up on my right. In the end we called the administration and the only one solving the problem was Nadia S. . She handled it professionally and in the end also made an exception and let me watch my still very small daughter :) So I am quite unpleased that my wife had to go through all this stress just because of a arrogant doctor and rule, that the institution itself sets. The DGS says that the hospitals should create necessary conditions for the father to be able to assist the ecography. They just don't care.
