★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos há 9 meses à espera de arranjos no nosso apartamento. Continuamos sem resposta, mesmo depois de vários contactos telefónico, envio de e-mail (nunca respondidos) e cartas registadas. Nas fotos podem observar as fissuras presentes em todos os quartos e a infiltração na cozinha e dispensa. Note-se que o apartamento tem 1 ano e seis meses.
We have been waiting for arrangements in our apartment for 9 months. We remain unanswered, even after several telephone contacts, sending e-mails (never answered) and registered letters. In the photos you can see the cracks present in all rooms and the infiltration in the kitchen and pantry. Note that the apartment is 1 year and 6 months old.
