Foi detectado que a Maquina de Lavar Roupa não funcionava no primeiro dia (Sábado), foi reportado no terceiro dia (Segunda-Feira) sendo que o único contacto é o telefone fixo e portanto só há apoio ao cliente no horário normal da imobiliária. Não foi resolvido até ao final da estadia. Não ofereceram alternativas. 1 week rental holiday in Monte Gordo in July 2019. It was detected that the Washing Machine did not work on the first day (Saturday), was reported on the third day (Monday) and the only contact is the landline telephone and therefore only customer support during normal hours of the real estate. It was not resolved until the end of the stay. They offered no alternatives.

O esquentador não trabalhava como deve ser, a limpeza foi também feita que a minha mãe cortou um pé logo no primeiro dia, mala de primeiros secorros não existe. O estintor estamos em 2019 devia ter sido revisto em 2017. Gostava de saber quem vestoria estes alugueres???? É uma vergonha é só ganhar dinheiro a custa de quem quer descansar uns dias depois de um ano de trabalho. Do not rent without knowing the apartments because what I rented this year had no air conditioning, not a fan !!!! The water heater did not work as it should be, the cleaning was also done that my mother cut a foot on the first day, first-aid bag does not exist. The estintor we are in 2019 should have been revised in 2017. I would like to know who traces these rentals ???? It's a shame just to make money at the expense of those who want to rest a few days after a year of work.
R	Rita Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não nos foi explicado onde era o apartamento,deram o nome da rua e nr da porta e " desenrasca-te" sendo q a porta não tinha nr portanto foi por tentativas depois de alguns pedidos de ajuda, mas como a sra estava sozinha não podia fechar a porta só para me dizer onde ficava a casa.. Depois de 2h, quando entramos na casa o quadro da eletricidade estava desligado, o frigorífico descongelado pela falta de energia, e com um cheiro péssimo. A Sra ficou muito reticente em resolver a situação, em chamar as senhoras da limpeza q não estávamos em Monte Gordo e era complicado.. Não " arredei pé " enquanto a situação não ficou resolvida.. Depois de perder o primeiro dia de férias para trás e para a frente a tentar resolver as situações ficou tudo resolvido.. O apartamento era ótimo, maq. da loiça, maq.da roupa, a/c. A limpeza deixou um bocadinho a desejar, e a forma como deixam alguém entrar num apartamento sem saber se está em condições ou não para o cliente também.. We were not explained where the apartment was, they gave the name of the street and nr of the door and "unscrew" being that the door had no nr so it was by attempts after some calls for help, but as you were alone could not close the door just to tell me where the house was .. After 2pm, when we entered the house the electricity board was off, the fridge defrosted from power outages, and smelled bad. Mrs. was very reluctant to resolve the situation, to call the cleaning ladies that we were not in Monte Gordo and it was complicated .. I did not "stand up" until the situation was resolved .. After missing the first day of vacation back and forth trying to sort things out it was all settled. The apartment was great, maq. of dishes, laundry machines, a / c. The cleaning left a little to be desired, and the way they let someone enter an apartment without knowing if it is fit for the client or not.
