★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o que eu mais gosto nas repartições publicas, se antes era um problema, agora são dois problemas. não atendem telefone, atendem x pessoas por dia, deve haver muitas horas mortas para jogar á batalha naval. fico por aqui, para não dizer mais asneiras.
what I like most in public offices, if before it was a problem, now there are two problems. they don't answer the phone, they answer x people a day, there must be many dead hours to play the naval battle. I stay here, not to mention more nonsense.

What is the customer service number for? I've been calling for a whole day, more than 200 calls and no one answered... A shame for a service of this level...
