★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa nesta loja e fui bastante bem atendida. Comprei por catálogo e nunca me foi dito que nenhum produto poderia ser trocado, uma vez que não estava a ver o produto. Quando recebi a mesa na minha casa percebi que era demasiado pequena, quando liguei a questionar se haveria possibilidade de aumentar a mesa ou eventualmente trocar, tive o prazer de falar com a gerente ao telefone que não só se mostrou completamente despreocupada com o facto de não termos ficado satisfeitos como falou aos gritos toda a conversa. Certamente não comprarei absolutamente mais nada nesta loja e recomendo que a quem o fizer tenha em conta que apesar de ser um direito do consumidor, esta loja não faz troca dos produtos vendidos.
 I bought a table at this store and was very well attended. I bought by catalog and I was never told that no product could be exchanged, since I was not seeing the product. When I received the table in my house I realized that it was too small, when I called to ask if there was a possibility to increase the table or possibly change it, I had the pleasure of talking to the manager on the phone who was not only completely unconcerned about the fact that we were satisfied as the whole conversation was shouting. Certainly I will not buy anything else at this store and I recommend that whoever does this take into account that despite being a consumer right, this store does not exchange products sold.
